The Stuttgart International Symposium on Automotive and Engine Technology took place on 2 and 3 July 2024. The symposium has been one of the largest specialist congresses on vehicle and engine development in Europe for many years and brings together experts and managers from industry and research to discuss the latest developments and current research results.
We were also represented at this year’s symposium with a poster presentation as part of our FLOOW project.
Together with our project partner Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), we presented our joint work on the topic of „Automated AI-based Annotation Framework for 3D Object Detection from LIDAR Data in Industrial Areas“. The basis of this topic is the master thesis of Gina Abdelhalim, which was jointly supervised by KIT and us.
